    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled coaching session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
    • Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

  2. Digital Products and Courses:

    • Due to the nature of digital products, all course enrollments, e-books, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
    • If you are unsatisfied with your course within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the material, you may request a partial refund or credit toward another course.
